Subscription Changes & Refund Policy

Subscription Management
- When you subscribe to a paid plan at CrewMem you can change your billing period, upgrade or downgrade a plan, cancel or uncancel your subscription on our dedicated Customer Portal.

Downgrading Your Plan
- When downgrading (e.g. Pro to Standard), your plan will change to the new plan at the **end of the current billing period**.
- Refund Policy: There is **no refund or proration**. You will receive a notification email about this information.

Billing Interval Changes (Monthly/Yearly)

Change to LONGER Interval (e.g., Monthly to Yearly)
The new, longer interval (and its full payment) is effective **immediately**. You are instantly issued the full monthly credits for the new plan.
Policy: There is **no proration or refund** for the unused time on the previous, shorter term. -
Change to SHORTER Interval (e.g., Yearly to Monthly)
The change will take effect at the **end of your current billing period**. You continue to use your current paid plan until its expiration date.
Policy: There is **no refund** for the current paid term.

Upgrading Your Plan
- Your plan upgrade (e.g., Pro to Premium) is effective **immediately**, granting you instant access to all new features.
- Credit Grant: You are immediately charged the **full price** of the new plan and instantly issued the **full monthly credit allocation** for that new plan.
- Proration & Refund Policy: Since full credits are granted immediately, there is **no proration** applied for unused time on the previous plan. The transaction is final, but you may contact us directly to request a refund related to your upgrade charge.

Subscription Cancellation
- The subscription cancellation is requested and the subscription cancels at the **end of the current billing period**.
- Refund Policy: There is **no refund** when cancellation is requested.
