In CrewMem you can track your member/coworkers using two basic data models teams and team members.

Teams

In CrewMem a team can be any functional group like organizational teams, groups, channels (e.g. Slack channels), projects and other group types that gather people around a goal or collaborational tag. Because of the broad purpose we encourage leaders to bring any groups they lead into CrewMem no matter what function it serves. A Slack channel, a project team, a company's functional team, group of multiple teams, even a whole company can be entitled into this definition.

Team Members

Team members are the core element of the AI memory tracking and analysis. They are the actors that we want to track in real life. Recalling what they do draws the picture of our organizational activities. There are lots of conversations, documents, profiles, activities, feedback, project notes going on around. We probably have all the notes written down, scattered around the organization. But connecting these notes is a mess. CrewMem remembers everything about a member and reminds you what they did, what is their schedule is, what needs to be improved about them. According to their gradually increasing histories CrewMem can update their profiles instantly and you won't write down lots of comments about them. Above we explained how you track the history of your team members/employees in time so that CrewMem remembers everyting for you. Memory feature is the place the magic happens.
